We are able to show everything for sale on the Point, whether listed by us or not. If you find a property that appeals to you, but is offered by another agency, we will happily act as your Buyer's Agent, working to ensure that your interests are well protected during negotiations and the close of sale. The next steps will vary depending upon your time frame to purchase and the way you prefer to work. We have several buyer assistance options, all of which are designed to keep you up-to-date on the market. If you are ready to buy, you'll want to be the first to know about new listings and changes to existing ones. If you won't be ready to buy for 6 months, we'll stay in touch on your terms.
